Our Story

Why NDMNET exists

NDMNET was formed around a simple observation: network infrastructure programs — cell site builds, data center fit-outs, fiber rollouts — were being run on generic construction schedules and generic quality checklists that didn't reflect how the work actually happens in the field.

We built a practice specifically around the sequencing, permitting, vendor coordination, and inspection standards unique to network and technology deployment work — then paired it with the cost and earned-value discipline that program owners need to defend a budget.

Today we operate as an extension of our clients' program management offices: building the schedule, holding the QA/QC line, and telling program leadership the truth about where a build really stands.

How We Work

The values behind every engagement

Field-first thinking

Every schedule and quality plan is stress-tested against what a crew can actually execute on site — not just what fits in a spreadsheet.

Transparent reporting

We report the schedule and cost position we see, not the one that's easiest to present. Bad news travels fast and early.

Documentation that holds up

Every inspection record, non-conformance report, and change log is built to survive a client, carrier, or regulatory audit.

Partnership, not policing

We work with vendors and field teams to solve problems early, rather than showing up only to flag failures after the fact.

Credentials

Certified disciplines, applied to network builds

Our consultants hold industry-recognized credentials in scheduling, cost engineering, and quality management, and apply them specifically to network and infrastructure programs.
